TERMS OF USE

A. LEGAL PUBLICATION AND APPLICABILITY
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name velvethues.co.in (“Website”), including any associated mobile site or mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

B. PLATFORM OWNERSHIP
The Platform is owned and operated by Law Today Live, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 777/4, Near Railway Line, Village Faidan, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

C. ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Your access to and use of the Platform, including any tools, services, or transactions conducted thereon, are governed by these TERMS OF USE (“Terms”), as well as any applicable policies, which are hereby incorporated by reference. By using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge and agree that you are contracting with the Platform Owner and are bound by these Terms and all applicable policies. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and shall have no legal effect. The Platform Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

D. DEFINITION OF USER
For the purposes of these Terms, “YOU”, “YOUR”, or “USER” refers to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user or buyer on the Platform.

E. BINDING AGREEMENT
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM, YOU INDICATE YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

F. SPECIFIC TERMS OF USE

1. USER INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all other times when using the Platform. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your registered account.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Neither the Platform Owner nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Platform for any particular purpose. Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and the Platform Owner expressly disclaims liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Your use of the Platform and its services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that any products, services, or information available through the Platform meet your specific requirements.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, and other materials, is proprietary to or licensed by the Platform Owner. You shall not claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in any such content.

5. UNAUTHORIZED USE
Any unauthorized use of the Platform or its services may result in legal action against you, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

6. PAYMENT OF CHARGES
You agree to pay all charges and fees associated with availing the services offered on the Platform, as applicable.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You shall not use the Platform or its services for any unlawful, illegal, or prohibited purpose under these Terms or under any applicable Indian or local laws.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. When you access such links, you are subject to the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of those third-party websites. The Platform Owner is not responsible for any content or practices of such third parties.

9. FORMATION OF CONTRACT
By initiating a transaction on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the provision of services.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, action, or penalty (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, or your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunities, or other economic loss, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services. The Platform Owner’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. JURISDICTION
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chandigarh, India.
